Delivery

Postage & packaging fees are a flat rate of £2.50 per order, delivery charges are not refundable should you wish to return your goods. Unfortunately, I do not ship outside the UK at present. Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail from the UK. Milly Headwear posts out twice a week - if you require your item by a certain date please ask and I will do my best to accommodate.

Returns

Milly Headwear operates a strict 14 day returns policy if you are not satisfied with your item. Please contact Milly Headwear at info@millyheadwear.com to notify us of your return, then return your headwear in the packaging they arrived in, along with a copy of your delivery note and a reason for the return. All returns should be unworn and will be inspected upon receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
